GTA 5 RP is basically a multiplayer mod of GTA 5 (PC version). It is a realistic world where police, criminals, and people co-exist and there are restaurants and hotels where you can chill out. Sadly Rockstar Games haven't released an official version for Grand Theft Auto 5 for Mac OS X with little explanation why and it looks like they probably never will release it.

This limits frames pre-rendering. Reducing this can also fix GTA 5 lag and smooth things out a bit. Use -FrameQueueLimit 0 or -FrameQueueLimit 1 and see what works best for you.
