Following his Bloodborne Cut Content demo, this weekend video game modder @manfightdragon returns via Twitter with a Dark Souls 3 Mod to Control Enemies & Play as Bosses on his YouTube Channel alongside a Steam patch with details below.

I hope you thought this was kind-of interesting. It's a very useful feature for content creators and just messing around a bit, although it's a shame about some of the technical limitations that come along with it.
Sorry there's no way for PS4 owners to share in this patch but I hope Steam owners have a bit of fun along the way, the download link is in the description if you missed it.

I have thousands of hours put into the Souls games and still play often and I am always looking for new ways to enjoy the games and the Cinders Mod is the best one I have found yet. Featured in a set of Challenge Mods, the Size Modifier mod allows you to change your character size into either a gargantuan behemoth that can barely fit a single area, to an insect-like creature that would undoubtedly be crushed under enemies’ feet if the game were slightly more realistic.

Mod engine users require an extra step to be able to play online: Locate the 'modengine.ini' file in the game folder and open it with any text editor. In the Online section, where it says 'blockNetworkAccess=1', replace the 1 with a 0. Cinders: This mod is basically THE Dark Souls 3 mod. This was specifically created for players who had seen everything that the game had to offer and found themselves needing more. Cinders change the vast majority of the game.
